Many small-business websites grew over the years — and at some point tipped over: slow, barely usable on a phone, with copy that no longer tells anyone why they should call. That quietly costs enquiries, every single day.
My approach: measure first, then touch. A short audit shows what actually slows things down — load time, structure, unclear calls to action — and turns it into a fixed, manageable scope. New builds are static-first: pages that load without heavy baggage, index cleanly, and can be maintained without an agency subscription.
