Where do we start?
There are two routes into an image. One needs nothing but a sentence. The other needs a photo you own. Both run on the same machine.

The series

Reproducible
Every image carries its own recipe.
The header of every PNG file holds the full run: model, steps, seed, prompt. The same seed yields the same image — today and a year from now. Video cannot do this: an MP4 carries no generation data. That is why seed and steps appear on this page only next to the image. What I cannot prove, I do not print.
The honest limit
What this cannot do.
An offer that lists only strengths is an advertisement. So the limits come first, not last.
- Faces and hands — not reliable. For people, hire a photographer.
- Text in the image — this model cannot do letters. Type goes into the layout later.
- Your product exactly — a model invents, it does not replicate. If it must be your chair, we need your photo.
- Length — seconds, not minutes. The clip above runs fourteen.
- Sound — none. The video is silent.
