Where do we start?
There are two routes into an image. One needs nothing but a sentence. The other needs a photo you own. Both run on the same machine.

The series
One motif, four materials.

Reproducible
Every image carries its own recipe.
The head of every PNG holds the full run: model, steps, seed, prompt. The same seed yields the same image — today and a year from now. Video cannot do this: an MP4 carries no generation data. That is why seed and steps appear on this page only next to the image. What I cannot prove, I do not print.
The honest limit
What this cannot do.
An offer that lists only strengths is an advertisement. So the limits come first, not last.
- Faces and hands — not reliable. For people, hire a photographer.
- Text in the image — this model cannot do letters. Type goes into the layout later.
- Your product exactly — a model invents, it does not replicate. If it must be your chair, we need your photo.
- Length — seconds, not minutes. The clip above runs fourteen.
- Sound — none. The video is silent.
