Problem & approach

Somewhere in almost every company there is that one spreadsheet maintained by hand. Leads from the inbox, numbers from the shop, reports at month-end — everything gets copied, formatted, forwarded. It works. But it doesn’t scale, and it stays error-free exactly as long as nobody is on holiday.

I automate these routines end-to-end: from trigger to result, with tools that fit the business — n8n or Make when it should be quick and maintainable, custom code where off-the-shelf tools hit their limits. Where AI helps — classifying text, enriching data, preparing drafts — it joins with human approval: the system proposes, you decide.

Everything is built GDPR-aware and, where it makes sense, on EU hosting. And you don’t get a black box: every automation is documented and walked through together once.
